Dose (2026)

Dose (2026) is a Malayalam-language medical crime thriller written and directed by Abhilash R. Nair. The film follows Dr. Prakash (Siju Wilson), a pulmonologist whose wife is suffering from a serious lung condition. He also works closely with his former girlfriend, Dr. Arundathi, with whom he shares a complex history.

The central conflict begins when a string of suspicious and identical patient deaths starts occurring in their hospital. Suspecting something far more sinister than coincidence, Dr. Prakash initiates his own inquiry into the medical irregularities. He is later joined by a troubled investigator with a painful past. As they dig deeper, their attempt to expose a hidden hospital conspiracy turns into a perilous struggle for survival.
